TAGLIATELLE CREAM AND MUSHROOMS

Ingredients
For the egg pasta
- 320 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
For seasoning
- 300 g fresh mushrooms
- 200 g Hulalà Cucina
- 30 g Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Some parsley
- salt and pepper
Prepare the egg pasta::
Mix the flour with the eggs and salt, work vigorously and let stand for at least 30 minutes wrapped in plastic wrap.
Roll out the dough into thin sheets and obtain the tagliatelle by cutting them with the trafile machine.
Prepare the dressing
Clean the mushrooms and divide them into slices. Heat the oil with the slightly crushed clove of garlic and brown the mushrooms over high heat; Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the garlic, add Hulalà cooking and take to boiling point.
Finishing
Cook the tagliatelle, drain and season with the prepared seasoning, garnish them with chopped parsley and cheese.
