HULALÀ WHIPPING ART

Preparation
Cut the sponge cakes into 3 disks of equal height. For each cake, wet all the discs well with a syrup made up of water, sugar and either flavouring or alcohol, and then fill with any cream to taste.
Whip the Hulalà Professional Art cream while cold and, using a spatula, cover each layer, starting from the larger one that will serve as the base. For a different visual effect, use a serrated scraper.
Once all 3 sponge cake layers have been covered with the Hulalà Art cream, overlap them starting from the largest. Finally, garnish with flowers.
