Preparation
Clean the sole, fillet them and create rolls by rolling up the fillets. Melt the butter in the pan and gently brown the rolls for a minute on each side.
Squeeze the lemon over to deglaze the rolls with the juice. Add the Hulalà Professional Milky Plus, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Decorate with lemon zest and chopped parsley.
